We are now nine months into this parenting gig.  Incidentally, that’s about how long it takes for a baby to grow inside the womb.  And if you haven’t heard yet, that’s exactly what’s happening!  Yep.  Sometime in late December Bruk will officially be a big brother and we will all be a family of four.  Apparently we like to keep life interesting over here at the Jackson home.

For now, Bruk’s concept of the baby may be limited to pointing at the “avocado-sized” baby bro or sis in mommy’s tummy.   And he most certainly will need to pick up the pieces of his shattered ego when he realizes the world does not revolve around his big head.  But we know, in time,  he’s going to be a great older sibling.  It’s the new kid we are most worried about.  If the baby comes on the due date (December 24th) we may never hear the end of it.
